SSL Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. Use of the remarketing or „similar target groups“ function of Google Inc.
This website uses the remarketing or „similar target groups“ function of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“). By means of this function, the provider can target the visitors of the website with advertising by displaying personalised, interest-related advertisements to visitors of the provider’s website when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network. Google uses so-called cookies to carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements. For this purpose, Google stores a small file with a sequence of numbers in the browsers of the website visitors. This number is used to record visits to the website as well as anonymised data on the use of the website. No personal data of the website visitors is stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be shown advertisements that are highly likely to take into account previously accessed product and information areas.
You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de
Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative disable page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implement the further information on opting out mentioned there.
Further information on Google Remarketing and Google’s privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/
Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising programme „Google AdWords“ and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“).
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain web pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers‘ websites.
The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Here, the customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
Further information and the Google privacy policy can be found at:http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
Google Analytics
This website uses the „Google Analytics“ service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“) to analyse website usage by users. The service uses „cookies“ – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP anonymisation is used on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. Under the terms of the data sharing agreement between the website operators and Google Inc., Google Inc. uses the information collected to evaluate website usage and activity and to provide services relating to internet usage.
You have the option of preventing the cookie from being stored on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not allow cookies.
Furthermore, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: deactivate Google Analytics
By clicking on the above link, you will download an „opt-out cookie“. Your browser must therefore allow cookies to be stored. If you delete your cookies regularly, you will need to click on the link again each time you visit this website.
Here you can find more information on the use of data by Google Inc.: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
Use of Facebook plugins
We have integrated components of the company Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA („Facebook“) on our website. Facebook is a social network.
You can recognise the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the „Like“ button on our site. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit our pages, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server can be established via the plugin (see notes under „Using ShareThis“). Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook „Like“ button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find more information on this in Facebook’s privacy policy at
http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php
If you use the functions of the plugin – for example by sharing or „liking“ a post – the corresponding information will also be transmitted to Facebook Inc.
If you would like to prevent Facebook. Inc. linking this data to your Facebook account, please log out of Facebook before visiting this website.
Use of Facebook Custom Audience
This website uses the „Facebook Custom Audience“ service offered by the company Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA („Facebook“).
It enables the website operator to place targeted advertisements that are oriented towards the visitor to the website. In the process, a basically non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data, which can be transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. The Facebook cookie is addressed for the use of this Custom Audiences service.
For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s data protection guidelines, which are available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.
If you wish to object to the use of Facebook Website Custom Audiences, you can do so at https://www.facebook.com/ads/website_custom_audiences/
Use of Facebook Connect
This website uses the „Facebook Connect“ service offered by the company Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA („Facebook“). Via Facebook Connect, certain personal data is transmitted from us to Facebook or from Facebook to us.
The service enables visitors to log in to our website with their Facebook user account. This eliminates the need for additional registration and saves the visitor from having to enter all of his or her data. To do this, the visitor is redirected to the Facebook page by clicking the corresponding button, where he or she can confirm the registration via Facebook Connect. The user account on Facebook – if available – is thus linked to us. This automatically transmits the following data from Facebook Inc. to us: Name, email address, date of birth.
Furthermore, we also send Facebook personal data.
Further information on Facebook Connect can be found at: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/ and https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/update?ref=old_policy
Use of Twitter-Plugins
Furthermore, this website uses Twitter chat areas. These are operated by Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; „Twitter“). If you visit a page that contains such a button, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter servers. The website operator therefore has no influence whatsoever over the nature and scope of the data that the plugin transmits to the Twitter Inc. servers.
According to Twitter Inc., only your IP address is collected and stored.
Information on the handling of personal data by Twitter Inc. can be found here: https://twitter.com/en/privacy
Use of Pinterest-Plugins
This website uses plugins of the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Inc., 635 High Street, Palo Alto, CA, 94301, USA („Pinterest“).
The different logos containing the plugin (e.g. „Pin-it button“ or the „P″ button) can be viewed at the following link: https://business.pinterest.com/en-us/getting-started/
If you call up a corresponding website of our Internet presence that contains such a plugin, a link is established between your computer and the Pinterest servers and the plugin is displayed on the website by informing your browser. Both your IP address and the information about which of our Internet pages you have visited are transmitted to the Pinterest server in the USA. This applies regardless of whether you are registered or logged in to Pinterest. Transmission also takes place for users who are not registered or logged in.
If you are also a member of Pinterest and logged in to Pinterest at the time you use the plugin, the information collected about your visit to the website will be linked to your Pinterest account and made known to other users. Also in the case of interactions that are possible with the various Pinterest plugins, the corresponding information about you is collected and transmitted to Pinterest and stored.
If you do not want Pinterest to link and merge the information with the data of your Pinterest account, you must log out of Pinterest before visiting our website.
For more information on the collection and use of data by Pinterest, please visit https://policy.pinterest.com/en-gb/privacy-policy

It is possible for visitors to our website to post or share content directly on social networks such as Twitter, Facebook or Google+. A share button is used for this purpose, which can be activated by the visitor. If the visitor is simultaneously logged into a corresponding social media platform with his user account and uses one of the above-mentioned ShareThis functions, his visit to our website can be assigned to his user account. ShareThis, the operators of this website and certain third parties use the data thus transmitted to display targeted advertising content, to keep statistics and to create data models.

Use of Lead Inspector
his website uses the service of Lead Inspector GmbH, Theodor-Heuss-Anlage 12, D-68165 Mannheim („Lead Inspector“). Lead Inspector records the IP address of the visitor via its service with the help of a counting pixel on this page (web beacon), insofar as it can determine that it is a company. A two-step recognition process is used to determine, among other things, which companies visit the website, as well as their origin, when and how long the visitor stays on the website and in which products they are interested. The company is identified by evaluating routing and database information.
The data collected in this way helps the website operator to keep statistics on the companies. Visitors can thus be qualified and evaluated. For more information about the collection and use of data by Lead Inspector, see https://www.leadinspector.de/impressum/
The use of Lead Inspector GmbH may be terminated at any time at www.leadinspector.de/widerspruch to prevent the tracking from taking place.
Use of wiredminds
This website uses the service of wiredminds GmbH, Lindenspürstraße 32, 70176 Stuttgart („wiredminds“), which makes it possible to collect and process data in anonymised form for the continuous optimisation and analysis of the advertising offer.
Anonymised usage profiles are created, which are then combined into pseudonyms. If necessary, cookies are also used for this purpose, which collect and store the above-mentioned data. Under no circumstances will the data be used to determine the personal identity of the visitor. Furthermore, they are not used in connection with the data on the bearer of a pseudonym. The collected data is transmitted to wiredminds or collected directly by wiredminds.
Further information can be found at: https://www.wiredminds.de/en/privacy/

Legal basis of the processing
Article 6 I lit. a DS-GVO serves as the legal basis for our company for processing operations in which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations that are necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of any other service or consideration, the processing is based on Article 6 I lit. b DS-GVO. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example in the case of enquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation through which the processing of personal data becomes necessary, such as for the fulfilment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c DS-GVO.
In rare cases, the processing of personal data might be necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were to be injured on our premises and as a result his or her name, age, health insurance data or other vital information had to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. Then the processing would be based on Art. 6 I lit. d DS-GVO. Finally, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f DS-GVO. Processing operations which are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not overridden. Such processing operations are permitted to us in particular because they were specifically mentioned by the European legislator. In this respect, it took the view that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a customer of the controller (recital 47, sentence 2 of the GDPR).
Legitimate interests in the processing pursued by the controller or a third party
Basiert die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten auf Artikel 6 I lit. f DS-GVO ist unser berechtigtes Interesse die Durchführung unserer Geschäftstätigkeit zugunsten des Wohlergehens all unserer Mitarbeiter und unserer Anteilseigner.
Duration for which the personal data are stored
The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted if it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.
Legal or contractual regulations
We would like to inform you that the provision of personal data is sometimes required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Sometimes, in order to conclude a contract, it may be necessary for a data subject to provide us with personal data that must subsequently be processed by us. For example, the data subject is obliged to provide us with personal data if our company concludes a contract with him or her. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before providing personal data by the data subject, the data subject must contact our data protection officer. Our data protection officer will inform the data subject on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data and what the consequences of not providing the personal data would be.
Existence of automated decision making
As a responsible company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.
The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject shall always be in line with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to the i-ways company. By means of this data protection declaration, our company would like to inform the public about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed of their rights by means of this data protection declaration.
As the controller, the i-ways has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can always be subject to security vulnerabilities, so that absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, for example by telephone.
